Tom Appleton

 

Tom is the co-founder of the Come and Sing Company, a Friday Afternoons Ambassador, regular conductor at Snape Maltings and guest conductor of the National Youth Choir of Great Britain.

 

A former chorister of the world-famous Monteverdi Choir, National Youth Choirs of Great Britain and St. Paul's Cathedral Choir, Tom acted as a Bass soloist in the 2010 BBC Proms.

 

Tom has a vast experience of leading choirs in a professional and educational context, for a wide range of organisations including the King’s Lynn Festival Chorus, the Choir of the Year Competition, Snape Maltings, The Hallé Youth Choir, and Gabrielli Roar.

 

Tom spends most of his time working as Artistic Director of the Come and Sing Company who bring people together in song. The diverse groups they work with include the National Trust, companies such as Silver Spoon, Cathedrals, Music Hubs, Mental Health Associations and communities across the UK and Ireland.
